Lethbridge Public Library
One of the most under utilized resources in our community is the Lethbridge Public Library. It is so much more than just books!
There are programs for everyone...these include Time for 2's which is for toddlers aged 18-36 months, Babes in the Library for ages 0-18 months, Stories 'n Stuff for pre school children and many, many more! There are also programs for teens and adults like Craftapalooza and Friday Night Films.
Most of the programs are winding up for the Christmas holidays, but check back in the New Year for the new programs and schedules.
Saturdays at 1:00 at Galt Gardens
Get out of the house and join an interactive weekly family program designed to bring the exhibits and collections, of the Galt, to life for children of all ages! Discover recent and not-so-recent history through hands-on and activity-based projects. Check the calender or Galt Saturdays at 1:00 for more details.
Well I may have found my first family friendly activity. The University of Lethbridge Art Gallery has the
Culture Vulture Saturdays.
Once a month activities for the kids. Family friendly event, what to do with the family. Check the calendar for dates and more info is available at www.uleth.ca/artgallery.
